1) Where can I buy a FEED product in a retail store?

2) Where are my money and donation going?
Every FEED product has a specific and individual donation attached to the sale of the item. Rather than donating a "percentage of the profits or proceeds" like other organizations, we donate an actual amount of money from each product sold. The donation is built into the cost of the product - so it is an exact and tangible amount of money for each product. For example, for every purchase of the FEED 1 bag, 1 child is fed in school for 1 year. The UN World Food Programme (WFP) estimates that in many countries, it costs $20 to feed one child in school for one school year. So the FEED 1 bag has a donation of $20 (1/3 of the retail cost) included in every bag purchase, which FEED donates to WFP.
The donations are then made by FEED to the UN World Food Programme (or our other partner organizations such as Room to Read, Millennium Villages, and the US Fund for UNICEF), based on the number of bags sold to date at that time.
3) Is my FEED bag eco-friendly?
Yes! The original FEED 1 bag was designed by Lauren Bush to help cut down on the use of plastic bags.
Our products are made from organic cotton, natural burlap, or recycled plastic-based nylon, and we try to use sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Additionally, the hangtags on each bag are made from post-consumer recycled paper.
Additionally, FEED tries to be as eco-friendly as possible in other ways, such as by utilizing post-consumer recycled materials for the packaging and shipping of our goods, and carbon offsetting when possible when shipping with UPS.
4) How will I know when my order is going to ship?
All orders ship out of our fulfillment facility in Alpharetta, GA within 1-2 business days of placing your order. For UPS Ground shipments, please see the map for reference on how many business days the transport of your shipment will take, getting the product to you within 2-6 business days.
If your need is urgent, you can select an express shipping method (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, etc.) when finalizing your order. Your order will go out the same business day if your order is submitted by 2 p.m. EST. If submitted after 2 p.m. EST, your shipment will go out the next business day.
Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order through the FEED Projects website, customers will receive an email confirmation of their detailed order.
Shipment Confirmation Email - UPS Orders: Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with UPS tracking information once the package is picked up by UPS.
United States Postal Service Orders: Customers who select USPS shipment for their FEED orders will not receive a shipment confirmation email.
5) Does FEED ship internationally?
Yes! When you enter in your shipping information, our system calculates UPS shipping charges based on your international location. 6) How can I place a large order of FEED products (for a party, wedding, or special occasion)?
For information about placing a large order for a special event, please email sales@feedprojects.com with information regarding your upcoming event, products, and quantities and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

7) Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
Because of the donation built in to the cost of each FEED product, all online FEED sales are final.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for t-shirt sales only. Exchange requests may be sent by emailing feedprojects@pbd.com or by calling 1.888.772.6811. Customers assume responsibility for all shipping charges.
8) How can I make an additional donation to FEED?
To make an additional donation, please visit our 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the FEED Foundation, where you may make a direct donation online to support organizations working to end hunger.

10) I would like to intern or work at FEED Projects or the FEED Foundation. Do you have any openings and how can I apply?
Employment:
We do not currently have any open positions for full-time employment, but when an opportunity becomes available, the position will be posted on our website.
For Fall Internships:
Resumes with cover letters will be accepted June 1 - June 30 for fall internships. Due to the volume of applications we receive, qualified candidates will be contacted in July for an interview.
For Spring Internships:
Resumes with cover letters will be accepted between November 15 – January 15 for Spring internships. Due to the volume of applicants, qualified candidates will be contacted in December and January for an interview.
For Summer Internships:
Resumes with cover letters will be accepted January 1 - February 15 for summer internships. Due to the volume of applications we receive, qualified candidates will be contacted in February for an interview.
