Orders

  • When will I receive my order?

    All orders ship out of our fulfillment facility in Alpharetta, GA within 3-4 business days of placing your order.  For monogrammed products, please allow an additional 5 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, Standard UPS Ground shipments will reach you in 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping location. 

  • Can I cancel or adjust my order?

    We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us at 888-772-6811.

Monogram

  • When will I receive my order?

Returns

  • How do I return an item?
    1. Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package. 
    2. Please send your return to:

    3. Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records. 
    4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • What is FEED's return and exchange policy?

    We accept unworn, unused items purchased exclusively from feedprojects.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, all sale priced items and all FEED + Mouth bundles are final sale and are unable to be returned.  All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for a refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product. 

Product and Sizing

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?

    Many of our products are seasonal or limited-time only collaborations, which means when they sell out, they will not be restocked. However, our Classic styles (FEED 1, FEED 100, etc.) are frequently restocked.

  • How can I place a large order?

    For information about placing a large order for a special event, please email the sales team at sales@feedprojects.com. In the email, tell us about your upcoming event, and if possible, the products and quantities that you may be interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What is FEED Supper?

    FEED Supper is our annual initiative, taking place September 16th-October 16th, where we call upon our supporters to host their own dinner parties that raise meals for people in need. To learn more about FEED Supper, or to host your own Supper, visit our FEED Supper page.

Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! FEED ships internationally via UPS. Shipment charges will be calculated based on the weight of your package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges.  However, please note that international shipping will NOT be available from August 18 - October 23.  If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at 888-772-6811.

  • Can I ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address?

    USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. Shipments to P.O. boxes are limited to shipments of $500 or less. If you need help shipping to these locations, please contact our customer service team at 888.772.6811 or feedprojects@pbd.com.

  • Flat Rate Shipping

    We have flat rate shipping charges for all orders placed within Our Rates the Continental U.S. Shipping orders placed outside of the Continental U.S. will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges. Standard Ground shipments going to residential addresses will be sent via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS.

  • Can I purchase custom products for an event or a corporate gift?

    We have the capability to screen print company logos or artwork on our bags, which we refer to as our special FEED Custom bags. For more information, please email the sales team at sales@feedprojects.com.
